1/ Today is the founding day of the MOGOS Collective.

The Collective is not a product I sell. It is the substrate I built to make agent-and-operator labor economically auditable, in a form a third party can replay.

2/ The wedge claim is one sentence: agent-and-operator systems can deliver accepted customer outcomes at a lower fully loaded cost than comparable human-only teams, with replayable receipts.

The receipts are the proof surface. Not a paper, not a benchmark. A ledger.

3/ Five metrics. I will not paraphrase them. Accepted-outcome throughput. Fully loaded cost per accepted outcome. Operator-intervention burden plus MTBOI. Replay or audit pass rate. Defect or reversal rate.

I will publish against these names verbatim. Anything else is drift.

4/ The first 30-day measurement window opens today. The first window closes 24 June 2026. The federation has not yet run 90 consecutive days end-to-end against the anchor sentence. That window is the target, not the claim.

I will publish what the federation actually ran. Forbidden to claim otherwise.

5/ The substrate is a system. I am not the substrate. My role is the operator face, the byline that says what the system shipped and why.

The Collective face is the system itself: seven substrate role-pillars. Two faces, one operator. Two registers, one proof.

6/ Open specs drafted today: RELOS (the tamper-evident receipt ledger), GRANDOS (the goal-to-outcome governance protocol), OSMOS (the long-lived organism state machine). Reference implementations in build through Q3 2026. Standalone, open-licensed.

7/ A note on the date. 25 May 2026 is Pentecost Monday.

Numerologically, the date sums to 22, the Master Builder. The two layers converge. I will note the convergence without spiritualizing it; the federation grades against receipts, not omens.

The MOGOS Collective is the federation that builds the auditable labor substrate. The substrate has seven role-pillars; these name what the substrate IS:
